POSTAL DELIVERIES

Depending on the size of your item, we use a variety of postal and courier companies to send your order. Brewery tour tickets will be sent out via Royal Mail; larger items will be sent via Parcel2Go which use courier/delivery companies such as DHL/DPD/Hermes. During busy periods, there may be a delay in sending out your parcel.

Prices are calculated based on size and weight. To give you an idea, postage is £1 for brewery tour tickets; £7.50 for a small parcel; £9-£11 for a medium parcel; £15 for a large parcel; and £30 for a parcel which weighs over 20kg+.

click & collect

You can “click and collect” your parcel to pick up from the Brewery for free! Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, but we may be around out of these times - give us a call to check before your visit. Simply pop to the office (ask our friendly brewers for more information) to collect. Most orders will be available to collect straight away.

For party beers, we suggest collecting as near to the event as possible - we can arrange Saturday collections in advance.
