Derby Brewing Co are pleased to have one of their beers ‘American Juice Box’ named as ‘Beer of the Festival’ at Ashbourne’s CAMRA 5th annual beer festival on 23rd September.’

In its 5th year, the Ashbourne CAMRA annual beer festival is held in Ashbourne’s Town Hall and showcases 40 real ales, 10 ciders and perries along with wines, a gin bar and soft drinks. During the course of the three day beer festival, attendees are asked to vote for their favourite beer with the beer with the most votes then going on to be named ‘Beer of the Festival’ at the end of the event.

Speaking about the award, Paul Harris, Director Derby Brewing Co commented: “We’re really pleased that another of our beers have been recognised by CAMRA and more importantly that the beer was voted for directly by people attending the beer festival. Our new craft ales have been hugely popular, so to receive this award when up against so many great beers is fantastic.”
