Introducing the Derby Brewing TAP House

Derby Brewing are delighted to announce the relaunch of their first and much loved, pub The Tap, Derwent Street, Derby. Following a mini refurbishment, the Tap beer & Spirit House will become The DERBY BREWING TAP HOUSE! With beer at its very core once again, where you will be as close as you can get to drinking in our award-winning brew house.   

The relaunch will include a fresh new look for The Tap, new branding utilising the all new Derby brewing rebrand, with huge brew house images adorning the walls alongside casks and brewing equipment to create a real Tap House vibe. Making the pub a true Tap House for our award-winning brewery.  

In terms of the offer it’s a true focus on all thing’s beer, to create a beer destination venue for Derby, from exciting award-winning ales, one off beers, an extensive draft and packaged craft beer range and world beers. Coupled with all the artisan ciders, wines and spirits you would expect from Derby Brewing.  

Part of this beer focus is the appointment of John Mclaughlin a multi award-winning GM with over 20 years’ experience, formerly of The Dog in Burton amongst others, a passionate beer man with love and passion for all beer styles and extensive contacts across the industry.  

There will also be a new pub menu offering fresh, homemade pub classics and artisan pizzas, the perfect accompaniment for our fantastic beer range!  

The DERBY BREWING TAP HOUSE will open on Thursday 28th April and we look forward to welcoming you all.
