BRAND NEW LOOK UNVEILED FOR DERBY BREWING
Local brewery Derby Brewing has updated its brand to bring its look in line with its modern, award winning beers!
The updated brand – designed by Mark Grey at Blue Nectar – includes a new logo, new glassware and beer pump clips, and new bottle labels launching over the coming weeks. Customers will also see changes to its website, social channels and other media this week.
Paul Harris, MD of Derby Brewing, said:
“It’s been over a decade since our last redesign and we wanted to bring our branding bang up to date to better reflect the beers we brew, whilst never forgetting our Derby heritage.
“We are delighted with the results, and feel we now combine great beers with a great branding, reflecting the big evolution of the beer industry.”
The logo still incorporates the Derby ram but into a more modern , minimalistic design, and alongside new pump clips – of which the design and shape is based around the D of Derby – which follows through to the bottle labels for the brewery’s beers. As part of the project, the brewery is also expanding its bottle range over the coming months to include three more of its core beers – Penny’s Porter, Mercia IPA and Dashingly Dark.
Derby Brewing was first launched in 2004 by Trevor Harris. With a focus on using the highest quality, naturally sourced ingredients to brew both traditional ales and modern craft beers, the brewery is proud to be Derby Born and Brewed – our new strapline. The brewery also runs a number of award winning pubs across Derbyshire and Staffordshire, including The Greyhound, The Tap and The Hole In The Wall here in Derby. All the pubs pride themselves on serving a great range of beers and food, with excellent customer service.
