Derby Brewing Company is proud to announce the appointment of Dominic Flynn to the position of assistant brewer. Dominic will begin work in the New Year and is an award-winning brewer, joining us from Kelham Island brewery in Sheffield. Dominic brings with him a vast amount of experience, progressing from assistant brewer, to head brewer during his time at Kelham. Throughout this period Dominic oversaw the expansion of Kelham Island learning key skills, which will be invaluable to the continued progression of the Derby Brewing Company.
